Your fundraising efforts can make a real difference, and we will support you every step of the way. You could run a 5K race or even a marathon, trek up a mountain or get muddy cycling through country lanes. You can bake, run a fete or do a virtual challenge.

Other Ways to Fundraise
Easy Fundraising
You could be raising vital funds for USPG with easyfundraising.
There are over 4,000 shops and websites ready to donate to USPG – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis, Booking.com and M&S – and it’s a free way to support our partner programmes all over the world.
How it works:
- Go to www.easyfundraising.org.uk/uspgglobal and join for free.
- Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want, click on the ink to take you to the retailer’s website and start shopping as normal.
- After you’ve checked out, the retailer will donate to USPG at no extra cost to you whatsoever.
Recycling for good causes
If you have old jewellery, watches or currency lying around then why not put them to good use and recycle them to raise vital funds for USPG.
To order your freepost recycling envelope email info@uspg.org.uk, fill it with your unwanted items and then either take it to a post box or post office to send in.
Simply send your unwanted items in an envelope addressed to:

Stamps
You can turn your used stamps into vital funds to support USPG partner churches across the world. By sending in your stamps from your daily post, we can recycle these and turn them in to donations which will then help to make a difference to our partner across the world.
You can order a free, pre-paid envelope by emailing sales@xchangemaster.co.uk or phone 0141 328 9357. When the envelope arrives just place your stamps inside and complete the slip that will be sent with the envelope. Then all you need to do is send the freepost envelope back in the post.
Your stamps should be on a single piece of paper (like an envelope) and trimmed to around 4mm to 8mm.

Creating a fundraiser on Facebook is a great way to raise vital funds for our partner churches across the world.
Be Inspired: One More Step Along The Road
I organised my first sponsored walk ten years ago and it came about when thinking of how to practically support USPG and raise funds for its partner projects. The walk is roughly 20 miles from Derby Cathedral (All Saints’) to All Saints’, Matlock Bank, following the Derwent valley along the A6 and the Cromford Canal.
Each year we are sent off with a blessing by the Dean or a member of the Cathedral staff and amongst our stopping places is the Bishop’s House in Duffield. The best part of the walk is the fellowship amongst the team which over the years has included members of both Matlock Bank and Tansley churches plus friends from the Methodist Church amongst others.
