Fel rhan o’n hap\u00eal ar y cyd \u00e2’r Wcr\u00e1in gyda’r Esgobaeth yn Ewrop, mae USPG wedi bod yn gweithio ochr yn ochr \u00e2 Ffederasiwn y Byd Lutheraidd (LWF). Ym mis Mai, gwahoddon nhw ni i gwrs hyfforddiant Cymorth Cyntaf Seicolegol i’r rhai sy’n gweithio gyda ffoaduriaid. Mynychodd dau gynrychiolydd o’r Esgobaeth yn Ewrop: Madeleine Cuckson (Rheolwr Rhaglen Cymorth Wcreineg yn Rwmania) a Dan Culbertson, curad o Eglwys St Margaret yn Budapest. <\/p>\n

Dyma gofnod o’u hamser: Dros 9-11 Mai aethom i Prague am gwrs hyfforddi LWF am ofal bugeiliol yn y cyd-destun ymfudo. Daeth gr\u0175p o tua 30 o wirfoddolwyr a chlerigwyr Lutheraidd o bob rhan o Ewrop: Rwmania, Hwngari, Wcr\u00e1in, Gwlad Pwyl, Tsiecia, yr Almaen, Latfia, Estonia, Slofacia a thu hwnt. O fewn gr\u0175p rhyngwladol o’r fath, roedd yn aml yn her dod o hyd i iaith y gallai pob un ohonom ei deall. Fodd bynnag, yr un peth yr ydym i gyd yn ei ddeall yw’r heriau o helpu Ukrainians sydd wedi ffoi o’r rhyfel. Mae llawer o’r mynychwyr wedi bod yn gweithio’n galed iawn dros y 14 mis diwethaf i ddarparu tai, bwyd, swyddi, cymorth gweinyddol, cefnogaeth seicolegol ac ysbrydol i ffoaduriaid. Ymhlith y profiadau roedd un gweinidog Lutheraidd sydd wedi dod yn warcheidwad cyfreithiol dros dro bachgen yn ei arddegau Wcrain. Gyda chymaint o waith yn digwydd roedd rhywfaint o flinder ond roedd pawb yn yr ystafell wedi ymrwymo i ddysgu sut i ddarparu gwell cefnogaeth i’r rhai sydd wedi profi’r trawma o ffoi o ryfel a’r heriau o setlo mewn gwlad newydd. Dysgodd Ekatarina, seicolegydd Wcreineg a oedd wedi ffoi gyda’i mab i’r Almaen, rai o sgiliau Cymorth Cyntaf Seicolegol i ni. Er enghraifft, gall adnabod lliwiau mewn ystafell helpu rhywun i roi sylw i’r presennol. Gall paentio helpu plentyn sy’n cael amser caled i fynegi emosiynau i gyfathrebu eu profiadau, tra gall tynnu lluniau gyda phensil roi mwy o reolaeth dros amgylchiadau llethol. Roedd pawb yn yr hyfforddiant yn teimlo pwysigrwydd mawr y straeon roedd Ukrainians wedi eu rhannu gyda nhw a’r heriau emosiynol o ddarparu gofal. Cawsom rai offer pendant nid yn unig i helpu eraill, ond i gadw ein hunain yn iach yn emosiynol ac yn feddyliol mewn amgylchedd mor heriol. Roedd y gwirfoddolwyr a oedd yn bresennol yr un fath \u00e2 chymaint o bobl yr ydym yn eu hadnabod, ledled Ewrop, sy’n helpu yn ystod yr argyfwng hwn. Dywedodd un gwirfoddolwr o Wlad Pwyl “Mae fel yn Esther, lle mae’n dweud, os nad yw Esther yn gwneud rhywbeth, bydd Duw yn dod o hyd i rywun arall i achub y bobl. Dydw i ddim eisiau colli’r cyfle i helpu.” Roedd yr awydd hwnnw i fod yn rhan o ymateb Duw i ddioddefaint yn thema gyffredin mor gryf fel y dywedodd Ysgrifennydd Rhanbarthol LWF “Rwy’n ei chael hi’n anhygoel y gallai pobl sy’n dod o gynifer o wahanol wledydd, ar \u00f4l un diwrnod, ddod yn ffrindiau mor dda.” Efallai nad yw’n hollol wir bod llawer o ddwylo’n gwneud i olau weithio, ond mae’n si\u0175r mai partneriaeth yn yr efengyl yw sut mae Duw yn galw ei Eglwys i ymateb i anghenion y byd.<\/p>\n
