The Reverend Canon Richard Bartlett is USPG’s Director of Mission Engagement, a role he has held since 2016. Richard was ordained as an Anglican Priest in 1994. His first contact with USPG was as an ordinand at Westcott House when he experienced a pastoral placement through USPG in Ghana.  Richard has served as a parish priest and school chaplain in Dorset and London, and as a USPG Missionary in Brazil, where he was Chaplain of Brasilia Anglican Cathedral. He has a Masters in Liberation Theology and is an Honorary Canon of Brasilia Cathedral.

Rachel Parry is USPG’s Director of Global Relations. Rachel has worked for USPG since 1997; prior to joining USPG, she taught in China for two years with the Amity Foundation. During her time with USPG, Rachel has engaged extensively with current and future leaders across the Anglican Communion. Rachel is well versed with the multiple geographic, cultural and theological boundaries of the Communion and is committed to building relationships and bringing people together. Rachel spent her early years in Papua New Guinea and has a Masters in Asian Politics from the University of London (SOAS).
